Fixing food for the Homeless

Since it was the week of Thanksgiving, we wanted to share our bounty with those not having a place to call home. We fixed mashed potatoes, gravy, steamed carrots, and a nice sausage roll. Then the YSAs paired up and went to a crypt where the homeless stay until the shelters open for the night, and presented them with a good meal.

The kids returned in time for their institute classes and afterwards we fed them Turkey Sandwiches on homemade rolls. There were lots of mashed potatoes and gravy left, so they had a mini-feast.
